1. 协议接受与总则

欢迎使用 ZIsland（以下简称“本软件”）。本服务条款构成您与 ZIsland 独立开发者（以下简称“开发者”或“我们”）之间具有法律约束力的协议。下载、安装或使用本软件，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。

2. 软件许可授权

在您购买或免费下载本软件后，我们授予您一项个人的、非排他性的、不可转让的、不可再许可的永久使用许可：

  • 买断授权：购买 ZIsland Pro 永久许可后，您享有终身使用权，支持激活最多 3 台您个人拥有的 Mac 设备。
  • 升级权益：永久版涵盖当前大版本的所有维护与功能更新。
  • 限制规定：您不得反编译、逆向工程、反汇编、转售、租赁或重新打包分发本软件的核心二进制文件。

3. 运行环境与本地集成

ZIsland 为 macOS 14+ 系统的常驻辅助工具，通过官方 Hook 机制与您本地运行的终端（如 iTerm2 中的 Claude Code、agy）及 Antigravity 实例协同工作。您理解并认可：

  • 第三方 AI 编程命令行工具或桌面的更新可能要求 ZIsland 相应更新适配。
  • 您应确保您有权在您的设备上安装与运行相关 AI 辅助工具及其配置钩子。

4. 免责声明与有限责任

本软件按“现状 (AS IS)”提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。开发者在法律允许的最大范围内，不对因使用或无法使用本软件导致的任何间接、偶然、惩罚性或附带损害（包括代码损失、业务中断或时间成本）承担赔偿责任。在任何情况下，开发者的全部责任上限不超过您为该软件实际支付的金额。

5. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款受相关法律管辖。若发生争议，双方应首先本着友好协商原则解决；协商不成的，应提交开发者所在司法辖区有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ZIsland (the "Software"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the independent developer of ZIsland ("we", "us", or "developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Software License Grant

Upon acquiring or downloading the Software, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable perpetual license to use the Software:

  • Perpetual License: Purchasing ZIsland Pro grants you lifetime access to the application on up to 3 Mac machines owned and operated by you.
  • Updates: Perpetual licenses include all minor updates, performance patches, and compatibility releases for the major version.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, lease, or redistribute the binary assets of the Software.

3. Local Integration & System Compatibility

ZIsland is a native macOS 14+ utility designed to interface with your locally running coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, agy CLI in iTerm2, Antigravity Desktop). You acknowledge that:

  • Future changes to third-party AI CLIs may require software updates for compatibility.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party AI terms when utilizing their CLI or Desktop hooks.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mutual consultation.

  • アップデート：マイナーアップデートおよび互換性修正は永久に無償で提供されます。
  • 禁止事項：本ソフトウェアのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、再配布、転売は禁止されています。

3. 動作環境とローカル連携

ZIsland は macOS 14+ 向けの常駐型ユーティリティであり、ローカル端末（Claude Code、agy、Antigravity 等）の公式フックを通じて連携します。

4. 免責事項と責任の制限

本ソフトウェアは「現状有姿 (AS IS)」で提供されます。開発者は、本ソフトウェアの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる間接的または派生的損害についても責任を負いません。責任の総額はお客様が本ソフトウェアに対して支払った金額を上限とします。
